Please join us at the Cotton Valley parking lot (intersection of Cotton Valley Road & Cotton Mountain Road, Wolfeboro) Sunday, November 3 at 8:30 a.m. for coffee, snacks and clearing instructions. The CVRTC rail cars will take you east or west to remove cuttings from various sections.

The mower was purchased through a grant from the Meredith Village Savings Bank Fund/New Hampshire Charitable Trust. The Cotton Valley Trail Committee (CVTC) and the Cotton Valley Rail Trail Club (CVRTC) are working together to maintain and improve 12 miles of the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. But, we need your help! If you have enjoyed using the trail, we would appreciate your help. If you haven’t been on the trail come check it out!

The sickle bar mower is cutting back 7 feet of vegetation along the trail and we need many, many volunteers to help remove debris along both sides of trail (12 miles x 2 sides = 24 miles to maintain). Individuals, groups, families and teams are invited to our first big clean up!
